Emily Grzelakowski
As a cognitive behavioral therapist, I teach practical skills to start using right away to combat our automatic negative thoughts and behavior patterns. I care deeply and join my clients as they explore why they sought therapy. I serve as a witness, companion and guide, and help prioritize life’s hurdles and reflect strengths I see in my clients. I work hard to build trust and respect, as I believe change and growth occur best within the safety of these relationships.
